ALL walks & visits can be customized to fit your pet and their needs, most times at no extra cost!

Here is a list of things you should keep on hand to make our job easier:

a collar & leash, paper towels, all-purpose cleaner, carpet cleaner, a towel for muddy paws, a bowl for water & a broom.

Reservation Requirements:                                  

*  7 days notice needed for ALL new clients.         
                                                           
*  7 days notice for all vacation visits.                      
        
*  2 days notice for new service (Mon-Fri).  Existing clients.

*  12 hours cancellation needed for mid-day walks  
  
*  48 hours cancellation needed for vacation visits, 
    weekend visits and Holiday visits.

*  Daily Dog Walking Packages are a recurring service.  
    Five (5) days notice before renewal date is required to 
    cancel.


Leave your keys in our keys-on-call program:
Keys on Call is free to join & allows clients to:
      *book any service with as little as 12 hours notice
      *call for last minute emergency visits with less than     
        12 hours notice($5.00 surcharge) 
      *provides clients with their house key in the event of 
        a lock out ($20 bet 9am-7pm M-F)($25 all other times)

Inclement Weather Notice:


We reserve the right to cancel mid-day walks in dangerous weather.  We use Virginia Beach public school closures & local news as our guide.  We will be in contact with all clients with reservations for mid-day dog walks to keep them informed when a decision is made.  Closing is never really an answer for us, but we need to reserve the right, in the event it becomes necessary to keep everyone safe.  In most cases, walks will be made as conditions improve.  Vacation visits are ALWAYS made, but may run late due to conditions.
